Greetings,

My name is Gitanjali Gulati, better known as Teacher Gitu to all the members of the Little Flowers Family. I am extremely elated at being a part of the dynamic and dedicated team serving our community under the capable leadership of teacher Parul Panchal for more than eight years.

I possess a B.Ed as well as a Master’s Degree in English Literature from Delhi University. I taught for 4 years along with shouldering the responsibility of a Junior High school coordinator at Amity University in India before moving to Canada with my husband and son who is now a young man pursuing Juris Doc from University of Alberta. After getting certified as a Child Development Supervisor/ educator level 3 by Alberta Childcare Certification, I went on to teach precious preschoolers for a couple of years at a private school in Edmonton before joining Little Flowers.

To have been a part of the Little Flowers journey since its inception, partnering with parents and witnessing its growth gives me a tremendous sense of satisfaction. Teaching has always been a passion for me and being with children, providing them a stimulating & nurturing environment, inculcating values through role modeling, fostering their holistic growth, and facilitating their empowerment I believe is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling experience.
