My name is Poonam Jaiswal. I have done my Master’s in two Languages and in Political Science. I have also done a Bachelor of Education. I am a certified childcare supervisor/ educator level 3 by Alberta Childcare Certification. I have 15+ years of experience in teaching different age groups. It has been more than five years since I started working at Little Flowers Daycare. I have attended workshops, webinars, online book chats and listened to podcasts to enhance my knowledge in childcare.

It’s a great privilege to play an important role in a child’s first five vital years. It is rewarding to see a shy young child starts to smile, a child learning to tie shoelaces or putting on jackets and trying to eat by themselves; all in all, being independent with each passing day. Undoubtedly, working with young ones takes energy and enthusiasm but I get so much in return – specifically positivity and excitement of life.
